About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary person between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and scheduling meetings
2. Coordinate and prioritize the founder's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and alignment with strategic priorities
3. Provide administrative support to the founder, including drafting emails, preparing documents, and handling inquiries on their behalf
4. Conduct research and compile information for the founder on various projects, initiatives, and industry trends
5. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for meetings, conferences, and events
6. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the founder, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
7. Serve as a liaison between the founder and other team members, facilitating communication and coordination on key initiatives
8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters related to the founder's business and personal affairs
9. Anticipate the founder's needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity
10. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a high-level executive or founder

3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications

6. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities

7. Discretion and trustworthiness, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity

8. Resourcefulness and initiative to independently research, analyze, and resolve issues as they arise

9. Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular business hours and accommodate the founders schedule as needed

10. Previous experience working with startup founders or in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a plus
