Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure that the quality of education delivery is consistently maintained across all classes
2. Serve as the primary liaison between educators and students of assigned batches, providing assistance and support as needed
3. Track queries from educators and students, as well as ensure timely payment processing for educators to maintain an efficient accounting process
4. Analyze feedback data from students and educators to identify trends and areas for improvement in class quality metrics
5. Conduct regular assessments of class quality, providing detailed feedback to educators to facilitate continuous improvement
6. Visit schools in Mumbai every week to ensure alignment of classroom activities with quality standards and provide on-ground support as necessary
