About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on UK timings
2. Work on overseeing the functioning of the HR team & marketing team
3. Work on resolving queries, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth workflow based on their understanding of the company's process
4. Work on coordinating customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
5. Work on mentoring and motivating teams to achieve productivity and engagement
6. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
