Key Responsibilities:

b. Send welcome messages to new users on Instagram and gather their contact details.
2. User engagement:
a. Monitor user activity in FC, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience.
b. Respond to messages, welcome new users, and help them feel included.
3. Platform awareness:
a. Engage with users on the app, website, and metaverse, and offer technical assistance when needed.
