About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting faculty members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
2. Providing support for faculty-related events, including meetings, conferences, and seminars
3. Maintaining and updating faculty records, including personal and professional documents, teaching materials, and research materials
4. Serving as the primary point of contact between faculty and students, staff, and external stakeholders
5. Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents for faculty
6. Supporting faculty in the preparation of course schedules and room bookings
7. Assisting in processing faculty reimbursements and other financial transactions, including maintaining records of departmental budgets and expenditures
8. Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the office is stocked with necessary materials
9. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other correspondence
10. Planning and organizing faculty meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation
