About the work from home job/internship
We have product lines across multiple SKUs and categories in the Medical surgical instruments, and accessories. In this job role where primarily Amazon, Flipkart Seller portal Management is expected of you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product Listing & Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, including keyword research, to improve visibility and search ranking.
2. Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
3. Paid Advertising & Promotions: Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
4. Order & Return Management: Oversee order processing and manage returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on sales, inventory, and ad performance, providing insights to improve overall eCommerce strategies.
6. Cross-team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to issues.
Schedule of selection committee
1. First round of interview will be recorded via a Google form which will be shared on internshala message.
2. Second round would be interview with the HR or the founder directly
3. If selected First 1-2 week will be testing of your knowledge, basic training. Based on your ability to work, create end product and earn our confidence on being able to execute the end result as we expect from you without any hesitation you will be assigned to the role. Other requirements
1. Has built a succesfull ecommerce business for other sellers in the past and can take projects head on with confidence to deliver results.
2. Preferably someone with 3- 4 hours of fixed time to spend everyday between 09 am and 06 pm.
3. Is willing to work with us part time and learn on the go.
4. Is a well-seasoned ecommerce business developer with real-world knowledge of applications of the different e commerce marketplaces.
5. Can talk to the business owners and transcribe the business requirement into what must be done in ecommerce to maximise monthly revenue and increase profit margins.
