About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain a React Native mobile application based on the existing QWeb application.
2. Use TypeScript for robust and type-safe development.
3. Implement reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS for consistent styling.
4. Optimize application performance for smooth user experience on both iOS and Android.
5. Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs using Axios or Fetch API.
6. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow between the app and the Express.js & MongoDB backend.
7. Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT tokens, OAuth, or Firebase Authentication.
8. Use state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API for efficient state handling.
9. Implement offline-first capabilities using libraries like AsyncStorage or WatermelonDB.
10. Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into a responsive, pixel-perfect UI using React Native & Tailwind CSS.
11. Ensure mobile accessibility and responsiveness across various screen sizes and devices.
12. Implement animations and transitions using Reanimated or Lottie for an enhanced user experience.
13. Optimize the app for high performance, reducing load times and improving responsiveness.
14. Debug issues using tools like React Native Debugger, Flipper, and Chrome DevTools.
15. Improve memory management and optimize rendering performance using React.memo, useCallback, and useMemo.
16. Build, test, and deploy mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
17. Manage certificates, provisioning profiles, and store guidelines for both platforms.
18. Monitor app crashes and performance using Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, or Bugsnag.
19. Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to align mobile app features with business goals.
20. Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to improve code quality and team efficiency.
21. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
22. Implement security best practices to protect user data and prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., secure storage, encryption, HTTPS, CORS).
23. Follow compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other industry standards.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance and ratings).
