About the work from home job/internship

As an apps maintenance & service intern at Proceedit, you will play a pivotal role within our Proceedit service unit. You'll be working on a variety of functions, including project management, deployment and configuration, training and support, BPaaS (business process as a service) services, and BPO (business process outsourcing) services.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Project management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and are delivered on time
2. Deployment & configuration: Contribute to the deployment and configuration of our apps and solutions to meet customer requirements
3. Training & support: Collaborate on user training and provide efficient support to address user inquiries and issues
4. BPaaS services: Participate in the delivery of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions to our clients
5. BPO services: Support the coordination and provision of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, working with internal and external resources

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can work from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Central European Time)

3. can start the work from home job/internship between 1st Feb'25 and 8th Mar'25

4. are available for duration of 6 months

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field

2. A strong interest in app maintenance, service, and user support

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to learn

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work

6. A team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
