About the work from home job/internship
As the founder's assistant, you will work closely with the founder and learn (by doing) how a modern, digital, B2B business is run. We are looking for a jack of many trades a generalist who can assist the founder in tasks related to business and market research, strategy, lead generation, social media management, and general business growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching XYZ company to find the best way to add value to their firm, including identifying the right person to contact, the right social channel to use, and the best approach to connect
2. Finding the best AI tool for a specific job, including researching alternatives, analyzing pros and cons, and evaluating use cases
3. Learning how to use XYZ tool, exploring how it can improve our business, and teaching the team how to use it for relevant tasks
4. Finding 50 leads in XYZ niche that fit a given criteria list, studying their social media profiles, and writing personalized messages on behalf of Brands of Earth to introduce the company and its services
5. Studying XYZ competitor's business model and creating a one-pager with actionable insights

Other requirements
1. English language: You must have the ability to think creatively and articulate your thoughts exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing
2. Leadership: You should be capable of confidently taking ownership of your tasks and working independently without constant supervision. You should be able to take responsibility for delivering timely results
3. Bonus skilL: Design, as we are a design firm and you might be interacting with designers, it would be advantageous if you have a general familiarity with the global design landscape. A strong ability to discern good from bad design would also be an asset
