3. Stay focused on the assigned topic and subpoints, avoiding any deviation
4. Ensure each recording lasts between 7 and 20 minutes, with a minimum total recording time of 3 hours
5. Record in a quiet environment to maintain clear and noise-free audio, handling your phone properly
6. Use a stable internet connection and focus solely on the recording without multitasking
7. Adhere to professional standards by avoiding abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language and not sharing personal information
8. Upload recordings to the platform, ensuring they meet quality and guideline requirements
