About the work from home job/internship
As a blockchain writing analyst, you play a crucial role in interpreting the blockchain market's dynamics, new blockchain technologies and protocols, and token economies to guide our project development. Your insights and analyses support strategic decision-making, and investment strategies, and provide actionable recommendations that will drive the overall success of the project.
Time commitment: 20 hours per week
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Written Market Analysis and Grant Applications: Write and analyze major decentralized sectors, and other digital assets relevant to the project, write and submit grant applications
2. Project Evaluation: Evaluate and perform due diligence on potential blockchain protocols, tokenomics models, and project roadmaps to assess their viability and alignment with our project's goals from a partnership and investment angle
3. Community and go-to-market Strategy: Assist in the development of incentive structures to enhance network participation and growth
4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on market trends, token performance, and strategic opportunities for internal stakeholders and communicate complex concepts and market analyses in a clear and understandable manner for external readers
5. Partnership Engagement: Engage with the digital assets and blockchain community to acquire partnerships, represent our project in discussions and forums, and contribute to written articles, blog posts, or presentations on behalf of the project
6. Ad hoc tasks related to the company's development

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, economics, or a related field
2. Strong attention to detail and operations experience
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the blockchain sector
3. Profound understanding of digital assets, and blockchain technology
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
5. Proficiency in using crypto analytics platforms, trading platforms, and blockchain explorers
6. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Active participation in the crypto community, with a strong professional network in the blockchain industry

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of minimum assured).
