Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct detailed market research to understand the trends, opportunities, and challenges within the student engagement and loyalty platform sector.
2. Analyze competitive brands and provide insights to help position Spice effectively.
3. Identify and evaluate potential partner brands and new market segments for growth.
4. Work closely with the management team to develop user acquisition and retention strategies for reaching 100,000 users by October and 300,000 by November.
5. Propose ideas for brand collaborations, events, and clubs to maximize user engagement.
6. Analyze current business operations and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Work with different teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
8. Track the progress of various business initiatives and report key metrics to management.
9. Help in setting and tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for growth and performance.
10. Analyze the impact of campaigns, events, and user engagement efforts to inform future decisions.
