About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. CRM Management: Oversee daily CRM operations, ensuring accurate data capture, updates, and lead management from initial contact to conversion
2. Customer Coordination: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective communication to maintain positive relationships
3. Lead Management: Monitor and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups to optimize lead flow and sales processes
4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on European logistics and technology sectors to inform strategies, understand market trends, and assess competition
5. Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating content, and analyzing performance to boost brand visibility
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for client outreach, product demos, and sales meetings, aiding in lead conversion
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product development and customer service to align products with market needs and customer feedback
8. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on market insights, campaign performance, sales activities, and CRM data to guide decision-making
