We are looking for someone highly available to help us apply for jobs on Upwork. Your main task will be to submit proposals based on set criteria as quickly as possible (ideally within 10 minutes of a job being posted). The proposals will be provided to you, so the job is mostly copy-pasting but you need to be fast, alert, and use your judgment when necessary. The total time commitment will be around 2 hours a day. The candidate should be adept at using online tools & services, we are looking for someone who loves to learn and implement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Apply to Upwork jobs immediately (within 10 minutes of posting, you'll be notified when a new job comes up, and you can apply for it)
2. Follow the criteria (will be provided by us) and submit the proposals provided
3. You should be available to apply for jobs at all times of the day (as humanly possible)
4. Use a personal cellphone or computer (preferable) to submit applications
5. Ideally someone available late at night is required for this job as we deal with clients from the US

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per sale).
