About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the mental health sector and maintaining a database of potential partners and stakeholders
2. Creating and customizing proposals to engage schools, colleges, corporations, and NGOs in various mental health collaborations, including workshops, support programs, and educational initiatives
3. Identifying and reaching out to targeted schools, colleges, corporations, and NGOs to introduce services and explore collaboration opportunities
4. Maintaining consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and advance discussions toward collaboration
5. Contributing to the development of the business growth strategy by identifying new avenues for expansion and recommending innovative approaches to outreach
6. Tracking and reporting on outreach efforts, proposal success rates, and overall business performance
7. Proactively engaging with partners post-collaboration to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and explore additional opportunities for working together

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of successful conversion).
