About the work from home job/internship

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Client engagement:
1. Identify and reach out to SMEs to introduce company services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, understanding their challenges and requirements.

B. Service support:
1. Facilitate the onboarding of SMEs onto the company platform.
2. Provide basic support for SME queries and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
