About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide detailed and accurate information to potential students about education opportunities available in various countries.
2. Understand student needs and preferences to suggest appropriate educational programs.
3. Contact the students via telephone to provide information and persuade them to visit the office for in-person counseling.
4. Track and report on the conversion of telephonic leads to office visits, which will be counted as a key performance metric.
5. Regularly update and maintain Excel sheets and databases with job-related information and statuses.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all records.
7. Assist in promotional activities for academic and immigration-related products offered by the company.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
9. Understand upcoming projects assigned by senior management.
10. Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
11. Gain a thorough understanding of the company's business model.
12. Work towards achieving the targets management sets while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
