As a business development (sales) intern at Brand Era, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team to drive growth and build relationships with clients. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency (spoken), email marketing, social media marketing, and effective communication skills to contribute to the success of our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business expansion
2. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets
3. Collaborating with marketing team to create and implement email and social media campaigns
4. Engaging with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build relationships and close sales
5. Providing regular updates on sales activities and performance to management
6. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
7. Supporting the team with any other sales-related tasks as needed

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue).
