We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious marketing & business development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about content creation, lead generation, and business development. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, utilizing a combination of research techniques, referrals, and networking efforts to find the right prospects.
2. Script development: Craft tailored outreach scripts for different types of leads and industry niches. Ensure the language, tone, and value proposition resonate with each target audience.
3. Cold calling & client conversion: Proactively engage potential clients through well-prepared cold calls, effectively communicate the benefits of our services, and guide them toward becoming a client.
4. Meeting coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients, ensuring all logistics are arranged, agendas are set, and follow-up actions are clearly defined.
5. Ongoing industry education: Continually expand your knowledge of industry standards, emerging trends, and proven marketing tactics, applying these insights to optimize overall strategy and results.

3. Advanced organizational proficiency with meticulous attention to detail.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitudes.

5. Proven ability to articulate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

6. Confident and engaging approach to cold-calling potential clients.

7. Proactive, research-oriented mindset that welcomes continuous learning.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.

- Keen analytical skills to interpret market trends and align solutions with client needs.

- A good understanding of VoIP tools, Trello & CRM tools would be an advantage.
