About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting calls to IT professionals who applied on our social media ads or website for promoting CertAssists' exam simulation programs
2. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable exam simulation packages
3. Following up with potential clients via phone and email to close sales
4. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Excel
