Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated cold-calling interns to join our dynamic team. As a cold calling intern, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving the growth of our client base. Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve goals
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising services is a plus
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
