About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided lists to introduce and explain our services
2. Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team to discuss further
3. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in our system
4. Assist in creating and refining scripts and call strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
6. Provide feedback on client responses and market trends to help refine our services and approach

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated cold-calling interns to join our dynamic team. As a cold calling intern, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving the growth of our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the advertising industry.


Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve goals

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent

Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising services is a plus

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
