Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).
1. This is a part-time internship where you are supposed to work 3–4 hours daily (Monday–Friday). The fixed stipend is Rs 2000 per month (plus a 20% incentive on every sale closed), and the internship duration is 2 months.
2. We are open to extending the internship period as well as offering suitable candidates full-time employment offers based on the performance of this internship.
