About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation:
- Use various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, directories) to find and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients with contact information and business details.

2. Client communication:
- Reach out to potential clients via emails, calls, and social media to introduce company products and services.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into potential business opportunities.

3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and implement outreach campaigns.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to improve client acquisition strategies.

4. Digital marketing support:
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, suggesting improvements.

5. Documentation and reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on daily tasks, achievements, and any challenges faced.
- Maintain a record of client interactions and progress made during outreach efforts.

6. Learning and development:
- Attend training sessions to improve understanding of products/services, business processes, and client handling techniques.
- Take initiative to learn about the industry and stay ahead with innovative approaches.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proficient in spoken and written English.

3. Familiarity with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools is a plus.

4. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or freelancing preferred).

5. Exposure to social media marketing or digital campaigns is an advantage.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

8. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
