Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (8% of per fixed client).

The incentive will be on a per-project(which you'll bring to us) basis, for eg. If a Project's cost Is 1 Lakh then you will get Rs. 8,000/ project as an incentive.
