About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
3. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
4. Engaging in cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
5. Gathering market and customer information
6. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
7. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
8. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
9. Creating detailed proposal documents is often part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer
10. Reviewing your own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per sale).
