We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development and Sales Associates to join our growing team. The role involves visiting businesses in your city, engaging with entrepreneurs, and documenting their startup stories. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and skilled in building meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs in your city to understand their journey.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and gather detailed insights about their startup stories.
- Present KaroStartup's mission and encourage businesses to share their stories on our platform.
- Document interviews and key takeaways for publication on KaroStartup.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure accuracy and impactful storytelling.
- Provide feedback and insights on local business trends and challenges.
- Actively contribute to increasing KaroStartup's reach and impact in your city.

Qualifications

- Students or recent graduates from any field with a passion for entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with on-field work and meeting new people.
- Strong storytelling and documentation skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and email.
