About the work from home job/internship

As a Business Development & Research Intern, you will play a key role in understanding customer needs, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between the company and its clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Customer Interaction:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to understand their requirements and document them accurately in Google Sheets.
2. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, either by providing solutions or redirecting them to the appropriate team member.

b. Data Management:
1. Maintain and update customer information, feedback, and survey responses in an organized manner using Google Sheets or other tools.

c. Customer Feedback and Surveys:
1. Conduct surveys and collect feedback from customers or clients to help improve the company's products or services.

d. Communication and Coordination:
1. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
2. Escalate complex queries or issues to the relevant department or supervisor.

e. Reporting and Analysis:
1. Assist in analyzing customer feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
