Are you passionate about building connections and driving business growth? Join us at MastersBuddy as a Business Development Intern and play a crucial role in connecting students with their study abroad dreams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Use social media platforms, student networks, and targeted outreach to identify students genuinely interested in studying abroad. Your main goal is to generate quality leads that align with our services.
2. Market Research: Conduct research to understand the study abroad market and pinpoint the needs of potential students.
3. Outreach & Engagement: Actively engage with student communities, clubs, and organizations within your college or network to introduce MastersBuddy's services.
4. Referral Campaigns: Encourage peers and networks to refer students interested in studying abroad, utilizing word-of-mouth and social media strategies.

5. Networking & Collaboration:
a. Collaboration: Work with fellow interns to share strategies and brainstorm effective ways to generate high-quality leads.
b. Networking: Connect with students, faculty, and student organizations to promote MastersBuddy's services.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).

1. Performance-based: This internship is strictly performance-based. You are eligible to earn at least Rs. 5,000 for every referral that is converted.
