We are seeking motivated cold callers to join our team and help sell B2B databases and lead generation services to marketing and advertising agencies in India.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make 300 calls daily, working 2-4 hours per day.
2. Engage with marketing and advertising agencies to promote our B2B database and lead generation services.
3. Manage CRM, submit reports, and participate in daily check-ins and Slack discussions.
4. Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional proficiency in English.
2. Proven experience in cold calling or sales.
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet daily dialing targets.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of top-line-revenue).
