Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct cold calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell our services.
2. Manage and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and follow-up tasks are scheduled.
3. Develop a rapport with customers, understand their service needs, and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
4. Reactivate dormant customer accounts with personalized offers and updates about our service enhancements.
5. Gather and record customer feedback and any special requests, ensuring they are communicated to the management team for action.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to understand current promotions and campaigns and effectively communicate them during calls.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the sales management team.
8. Stay informed about new services, changes in service offerings, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
