Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post properties on all relevant property sites for lead generation.
2. Upload and manage property listings on the company site, ensuring inventory is up to date.
3. Refresh and check for new leads online daily.
4. Contact leads, confirm their requirements, and provide information on available properties.
5. Maintain a comprehensive owners' database and build strong relationships with property owners.
6. Coordinate with owners, brokers, and field teams to schedule property visits.
7. Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing any concerns or questions.
8. Manage post-sales activities, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
9. Follow up for brokerage collection and ensure timely payments.
10. Maintain and organize master data in Excel for accurate reporting.
11. Source new properties online and prepare property listings for marketing.
12. Create professional MS Office presentations to present properties and market trends.
13. Develop and manage realtor broadcast groups for Mumbai and Dubai locations.
14. Engage with real estate industry professionals (brokers, builders, investors) on social media platforms.
15. Post property requirements and available inventory in WhatsApp groups to facilitate communication.
