About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing a practical plan to ensure full registrations for every workshop
2. Analyzing previous campaigns and participant behavior to refine marketing and sales efforts
3. Working closely with the team to enhance outreach methods and boost conversions
4. Identifying and initiating strategic collaborations with corporates, communities, and educational institutions for bulk enrollments
5. Expanding Yogavani's reach in offline and online spaces to find new potential audiences
6. Guiding interested individuals to make an informed decision about joining our yoga workshops
7. Maintaining a structured database of leads, participants, and corporate connections
8. Tracking follow-ups, engagement status, and feedback to improve future conversions
9. Optimizing lead nurturing strategies using the best CRM practices to increase enrollments
10. Using a data-driven approach to measure results and continuously improve sales effectiveness
11. Exploring creative and innovative ways to make Yogavani's programs more accessible and visible

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of program fee).
