We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as a 'Research Intern'.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients utilizing available databases
2. Research weekly M&A Domestic news and incorporate it into our Database
3. Update and maintain the company's valuation tool by inputting relevant financial data and ensuring calculation accuracy
4. Utilize LinkedIn/Apollo.io and other professional platforms to conduct targeted searches for various deals listed on the website

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
2. Candidates who are available for a minimum duration of 3 months
3. Strong Research, Analytical and problem-solving skills

We are an online investment banking marketplace. We connect corporate buyers and sellers looking to acquire/sell a company or looking to raise funds or technologies. The platform is algorithm based that matchs the above requirements of corporates. We are currently mapping the corporate world in India but will soon branch abroad. Apart from corporates, we also onboard investment bankers (financial advisors), business & technical consultants, NBFCs, lawyers, etc. who help in completing the M&A deal.
