About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Finding new clients: Actively research and identify businesses or individuals who could benefit from our services, such as print design, Instagram feed planning, editing, and content shoots. Think of it as being a detective explore potential clients through social media, industry lists, and other platforms.
2. Reaching out: Initiate contact with potential clients. Introduce Ellis & Maeve, explain our offerings, and generate excitement about how we can enhance their brand. This outreach may be conducted via email, social media, or phone calls.
3. Setting up meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings for interested clients to connect with me or another team member. Ensure all calendars are aligned and that the process runs smoothly.
4. Building relationships: Foster connections with potential clients by engaging in ongoing conversations, addressing initial questions, and ensuring they feel valued. Focus on building trust and excitement.
5. Keeping track of everything: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, take notes during meetings, and track progress to help us stay organized and assess what strategies are most effective.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per client you help secure).
