Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
3. Collaborating with team members to create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
4. Networking with industry professionals and attending events to build relationships.
5. Assisting with the onboarding process and supporting new co-founders as they integrate into the team.
6. Monitoring and evaluating recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the company through your recruitment efforts.
