About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Co-create the outreach strategy for the venture with specific membership milestones, aimed at creating an active community of the target user group
2. Be the voice of the brand - moderate and manage communities across channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube content (videos, reels/shorts, messages, forms/polls)
3. Be the go-to person for community members in all aspects - the aim is to create an active member community thriving in a relevant context. Performance will be strongly indexed on the growth of the member community
4. Own the community guidelines, ensure content is posted on a timely basis, member queries are resolved and escalations are handled

5. Previous experience in managing Instagram/YouTube/WhatsApp/Telegram channels. Bonus if you have created an online brand/scaled a brand presence significantly

6. Self-motivated and can work with highest levels of accountability. Ownership will be given to the right candidate to experiment
