Do you thrive on building connections and empowering others? Are you passionate about fostering a vibrant online space?

Are you looking for the right platform to hone your skills while making a meaningful impact on society?

Then, Look no further as we are seeking Zonal Managers across India to be a part of Game of Zones, a first-of-its-kind gamified internship that can help you utilize your online/offline marketing skills to build an efficient online community, contributing to the holistic development of students across the region.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement strategies that involve creating a roadmap to acquire and engage as many members in the online community.
2. Recruit new members, develop strategies to attract and retain them, and grow the overall community size.
3. Moderate discussions, address member concerns and maintain a positive and inclusive online environment.
4. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth.
5. Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins each on Google meets with progress updates.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
