Community Management Work From Home Part Time Internship

The Community Manager will build, manage, and grow a vibrant and engaged community on Discord for our meme coin project. They will be the main point of contact for community members, fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting discussions, and driving engagement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively engaging with members, answering questions, and facilitating discussions to maintain a lively and welcoming environment
2. Organizing and hosting community events, such as AMAs, contests, and giveaways, to boost engagement and attract new members
3. Monitoring community sentiment, gathering feedback, and reporting insights to the team for continuous improvement
4. Upholding community guidelines, managing conflicts, and handling any issues or negative behavior promptly and professionally
5. Implementing strategies to increase community size and engagement through collaboration with influencers, partnerships, and content sharing
