Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Social Media Engagement:
a) Join and actively participate in relevant Facebook groups to promote brand awareness.
b) Share brand content, answer questions, and engage with group members in a positive and professional manner.
2) WhatsApp Channel Management:
a) Manage the WhatsApp channel by responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
b) Keep the channel updated with the latest news, offers, and promotions from our brand.
3) Customer Support:
a) Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
b) Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
4) Community Building:
a) Foster a sense of community among our audience by encouraging discussions and interactions.
b) Monitor feedback and provide insights on customer needs and concerns to improve our products and services.
5) Reporting:
a) Maintain records of customer interactions, group engagement, and other key metrics.
b) Provide regular reports on community engagement and customer feedback to the management team.
