About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outreach and Recruitment: Proactively identify and engage potential new mentors from various social media platforms (through corporate profiles) to join the MeetMyMentor community

2. Feature Explanation: Clearly articulate the benefits and functionalities of the MeetMyMentor platform to prospective and existing content creators

3. Onboarding Support: Assist new mentors in signing up, setting up their profiles, and understanding how to use the platform effectively

4. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with content creators, ensuring their needs are met and gathering feedback to improve the platform

5. Community Building: Foster a supportive community among mentors by organizing virtual meetups, webinars, and training sessions

6. Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for creators, troubleshooting issues and liaising with the technical team to resolve them promptly

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor the activity and performance of mentors on the platform and work with them to maximize their engagement and success

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per mentor relationships generated and fostered).
