About the work from home job/internship
As a Crypto Analyst for our Web3 project, you play a crucial role in interpreting the cryptocurrency market's dynamics, new blockchain technologies and protocols, and token economies to guide our project development. Your insights and analyses support strategic decision-making, and investment strategies, and provide actionable recommendations that will drive the overall success of the project.
Time commitment: 20 hours per week
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze major cryptocurrencies, DeSoc, NFTs, and other digital assets relevant to the project
2. Project Evaluation: Evaluate and perform due diligence on potential blockchain protocols, tokenomics models, and project roadmaps to assess their viability and alignment with our project's goals from a partnership and investment angle
3. Tokenomics and Strategy: Assist in the development and optimization of our tokenomics, including token utility, distribution strategies, and governance models and provide insights on token pricing strategies, staking mechanisms, and incentive structures to enhance network participation and growth
4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on market trends, token performance, and strategic opportunities for internal stakeholders and communicate complex crypto-economic concepts and market analyses in a clear and understandable manner to team members from various departments
5. Community Engagement: Engage with the cryptocurrency and blockchain community to gather insights, identify trends, and represent our project in discussions and forums and contribute to thought leadership in the crypto space through articles, blog posts, or presentations on behalf of the project

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer science, financial analysis, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector
3. Profound understanding of cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, and blockchain technology and familiarity with tokenomics
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
5. Proficiency in using crypto analytics platforms, trading platforms, and blockchain explorers
6. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Active participation in the crypto community, with a strong professional network in the blockchain industry

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (30% of minimum assured).
