Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Crypto Trader to manage the company's proprietary funds. The trader will execute strategies, analyze cryptocurrency markets, and optimize profitability while mitigating risks. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic trading team in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute trades in cryptocurrencies and digital assets using proprietary funds.
2. Develop and refine trading strategies to maximize returns.
3. Monitor markets for opportunities, trends, and relevant news.
4. Conduct technical and fundamental analyses to guide trading decisions.
5. Manage risk in alignment with the company's policies.
6. Use advanced tools and algorithms to improve performance.
7. Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies.
8. Maintain records of trades, performance, and strategies for reporting.
9. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, ideally with proprietary funds.
2. Strong knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain, and digital assets.
3. Expertise in technical analysis and trading platforms.
4. Familiarity with derivatives, margin trading, and leveraged products.
5. Strong risk management and decision-making abilities.
6. Programming skills (Python/R) are a plus for algorithmic trading.
7. Analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
