Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting our sales team and talking to different sponsors to generate funds for our organization.
2. Handling incoming calls and emails from clients with professionalism and empathy.
3. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Conducting follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
5. Utilizing problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for client needs.
6. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate client records.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
8. Stay up-to-date on sponsors knowledge and industry trends

Intern will have the opportunity to participate in a profit-sharing program, which provides a percentage of the NGO's profits based on performance and contribution to goals.
