About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting product demos: Perform scheduled product demos for potential clients, walking them through key features and benefits of the WhatsApp API services.
2. Lead engagement & qualification: Follow up with inbound leads from ads, website forms, or previous interactions. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and readiness for a demo.
3. Managing CRM updates: Update the CRM with notes on calls, demos, and interactions. Track lead progress, log follow-up reminders, and ensure all customer information is accurate.
4. Handling customer queries: Address customer questions during calls or after demos, providing information on pricing, features, and setup, and resolving any concerns or objections.
5. Follow-up & conversion: Follow up with leads who attended demos or are on free trials, guiding them towards conversion into paying customers. Offer additional support and encourage them to start using the service.
