About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide L1 support to clients of ALS Cloud.
2. Handling support tickets raised by clients via email.
3. Answering phone calls of customers and resolving their queries by taking help from senior tech team members.
4. Provide support through WhatsApp incoming messages of clients.
5. First point of contact for customers of ALS Cloud to solve their queries.

Computer science students preferred BCA first year, MCA first year, B. Tech, and CS first year. Students can work for the entire course duration and earn pocket money to fund their studies.
