Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with queries, order updates, and issue resolutions.
2. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Record customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, comments, and queries on social media, marketplaces, and review platforms.
5. Respond professionally to negative feedback and escalate critical issues when necessary.
6. Engage with the online community to enhance brand trust and credibility.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
8. Assist in creating response templates and FAQs for quicker resolution.
9. Track and report customer feedback trends to improve overall service quality.

This role will require 3-5 hours of work every day.
