About the work from home job/internship
As a customer service/customer support intern at FC, you'll be the go-to person ensuring that every member has a positive and engaging experience in the FCverse, website, and app. Your main goal will be to help members feel at home, guiding them through the platform, helping them connect with others, and addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter.
This internship is perfect for those looking to grow into roles like customer success manager, community support specialist, or other positions focused on user satisfaction and retention.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with users within the FCverse, website, and app to ensure they have a positive, fun, and meaningful experience.
2. Encourage conversations between community members and help them discover co-working, studying gaming, and social opportunities.
3. Support members by addressing any issues or challenges they face while interacting within the community.
4, Actively connect users who may benefit from knowing each other, fostering personal and professional connections.
5. Regularly track user satisfaction and engagement, providing insights to the team for continuous improvement.
