Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel for reporting and analysis purposes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
5. Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality.
7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company.
