Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS-Excel.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences.
6. Contributing to the development of customer support strategies and initiatives.
7. Performing administrative tasks as assigned to support the customer service team.
