Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information in Hindi
2. Assist customers with product-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively
3. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve customer support processes
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
6. Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings
7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team
